Orders and Shipping

  • Los pedidos realizados de lunes a jueves antes de las 10:00 AM: El pedido se procesa y se envía para su recepción en un plazo de 24 – 48 horas.
  • Los pedidos realizados de jueves (a partir de las 10:00 AM) a Lunes antes de las 10:00 AM: Ese pedido se procesa y se envía el siguiente lunes laborable (excepto los días festivos).

When you place an order, you will receive an email with instructions and access to your personal area (My Account). In your personal area, you can check everything related to your account, addresses, orders, and shipments. Additionally, you will receive an email with the tracking code once your order has been prepared and shipped. If you encounter any issues with the delivery, you can contact AMEFRUITS, and we will assist you with whatever you need.
You can pay with DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER, or BIZUM.

The purchase value for free shipping is 40 euros. If this amount is not reached, the shipping cost is 5 €. Shipping to the Balearic Islands and international shipping will have an additional charge. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of the order. You will be informed of the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

All products purchased on Amefruits.es can be returned and refunded, provided that the Customer communicates their intention to return the product(s) within a maximum period of 14 working days from the delivery date and that all other conditions outlined in this section are met.

More Information

To proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

1. Inform us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product that you wish to return it. This can be done via email at info@amefruits.es or through the customer service form.
2. The company will inform you of the address to which the product should be sent. Unless stated otherwise, the return address will be: Amefruits SL, Calle KL, nº1, Pol. Ind. Puente alto, 03300 Orihuela – Alicante.
3. The customer must send the item using a courier service of their choice. The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
4. Inform us of the courier company used, and the date and time of the return.
